BUF Regionals
-------------

Wayne R. made the point yesterday I think that these
tournaments still don't look like they will happen...

At the moment, there is a possibility of a North/Mids
tournament at Adams Grammar school - but Rich Parkes
wants to feel confident that people will go.
(It has to be a week later than date in the diary -
ie 1/2 Nov.)

Apart from that, I have heard nothing about the possibility
of anyone trying to do something elsewhere in the country.

Does this mean that nobody cares about Regionals?
Do you think the tournament is irrelevant?
Do you think its important?
Do you want to play in a Regional tourney at end Oct / early Nov??
Would you rather not?
What about student teams? This is your chance to introduce
new players to outdoor ultimate...

These tournaments do NOT have to be as big as Nationals or a tour
event. You do NOT need massive experience to make it happen.
Indeed - this is a perfect chance to try out running a tourney
on a smallish scale.

I don't know what else to do. I can't/won't run them all myself -
altho' I can help people who want to give it a try.

What do you think?
Can you help?

If you reply to BritDisc please put *Regionals* in the subject
so that people who don't care can delete it.
