Oh dear! Hurry up with the TOURNEY_ GUIDELINES site!

I would like to say that although I understand why the top teams might feel=
=20
like they don't need to qualify, and might feel that they are drubbin' the=20
lower ranked opposition, I (for one) enjoy havin' a go! Last weekend was=20
the first time for ages that I'd had the opportunity to play Shotgun.

I speak for my team that weekend - Hurricane - when I say we thoroughly=20
enjoyed the game. Hurricane are a school team, and it was good for them to=
=20
experience playing a top level team.

My thanks again to 'Gun for the coaching they gave during the game. I thin=
k=20
we got 2 points, but seeing the faces of the guys and girls when they score=
d=20
those points, showed how much they enjoyed it. They won't forget those=20
points in a hurry, and it will encourage them all to go on playing and=20
improving.

Considering that most of Hurricane are between 14 and 17, a new generation=20
of players is being nurtured, and I expect to see these guys and girls in=20
top flight teams within a couple of years, which can only be good for=20
British Ultimate

See y'all at the Nationals!

Laura
waxing lyrical or should that be spouting crap!

I take it this is a bit of a piss-take but I'll say my piece anyway.

I have been playing for a year only and quite frankly I love playing
against Shotgun. Getting the better of a good team boosts the ego. Strange
Blue this weekend scored 5 points against Shotgun being up 1-0 then 2-1.
It is such a great feeling even if you know the other side can't possibly
be trying their utmost.

Bring on the big guns is what I say :)
