It strikes me that with only a month to go, regaionals are not going to
happen without a lot of energy and momentum and a "critical mass" of
opinion that it is the right thing to do. I am not sure we have this at the
moment. We do not even have a date confirmed yet.

Possible suggestion for next year: eligibility for Nationals depends on
placing on the tour (improving ultimate) and participation in at least one
non-tour tournament (expanding ultimate). If a region (eg. the North)
wants to organise a regional, great, if not (eg. South East), that's fine
too.
