I was saving up for a single message...
but I thought it might help to make
the following comments now.

1. Andy C mentioned Regionals.
So I guess this would be a good time to announce that
invitations for a North/Mids Regional Tournament on
1/2 Nov will be out this afternoon (or tomorrow morning).

Kev Lowe is still working on the possibility of
something in Exeter for the SW.

I still have heard nothing about the SE.
But if we have space we will welcome other teams
to our tournament - and I"m sure the same will be
true in the SW.

Catch 22 was helped enormously by the tour. Without it,
we would have been lambs to the slaughter. As it was, we had
an excellent week, and came pretty close to an unbelievable
week.

Aram:

Aram sums up most of the difficulties very succinctly.
This last point has always been the plan - didn't quite come
off last year - but looking at the provisional diary this year
(the full thing will be done soon I promise) things will be
better on this front in 1998.

Definitely.
Thus far people have kept things positive and polite which is
well appreciated. AND we know that things weren't perfect, and
are keen to hear what people think and to (where possible)
deal with the problems.

Si

I'm trying to sort out next year's diary, and to re-write how
the tour works in light of all the feedback we received...
(plus a few other things...) I will get this info out as soon
as possible.

Now where did I put that fish?
