A fine sentiment, but surely not very practical.=20

1. You only need to have attended a BUF AGM to know that the=20
more people that contribute to a debate in an unfocused way,=20
the less likely a consensus will be reached.

2. To imply that the only people with an opinion worth hearing=20
are those on e-mail is the height of digital arrogance!

Surely the best way forward is for a select few to consider=20
the options and possibilities and construct a questionnaire/survey
that can be published in Ultimatum, thus ensuring that everyone=20
who is inclined/can be bothered to offer their opinion is able=20
to do so in a focused way that can be easily analysed.
