This is a quick mail to thank Wayne Davey (and all
the TDs) for Indoor Nationals this year.
Its a big job, and I am relieved that Wayne took over
my duties to ensure that it happened, (and happened
successfully by all accounts).

Its true to say that each year it becomes harder to
get the Indoor Nationals to happen, esp. with pressure
from a very tight schedule of events such as student
and womens indoor events.

Those players and teams that enjoy the indoor season
should really put their heads together and start thinking
about how to make it easier. Its no suprise that
one of the regions didn't have a qualifier this year -
it is more suprising that its the first time that had happened.

So:

Congratulations to UTI (esp. Guy and Steve)!
Flying Sorcerers: looking forward to seeing you guys outside!

It looks like 1998 is a year of big change in UK ultimate.
The Druids indoor reign has finally come to an end...
but what of Shotgun and their outdoor domination???
Round I in two weeks and counting...
