For the first time in Sneeeky's history, we have produced a
semi-regular newsletter. It is our publicity officer that
produces this, but as you might expect they won't always be
attendance for every tournament.
Our solution was to make the Captain of any/every team we take
to a tournament to right a report on their teams results. After
some editing the Publicity Office has a completed report and we
hand it out to the club members. Obviously this would be a
greater headache for the editor, but the keypoints could easily
be grabbed typed from the many team reports to complete the
tournament report.
If this kind of format was used I'd happily help with this, but
from the shear scale of the task it's not a one person job with
the present format.

Possum.
