Hi all

Hope you enjoyed the tournament.
We'd be pretty smug here at Red if I hadn't forgot to order Brick spots!

One very noticeable statistic:

There were virtually no injuries on Saturday but loads (including a
dislocated shoulder) on Sunday.

Can I suggest that teams think much more carefully about warming-up and
down properly, especially as many people will not in top condition this
early on in the season.

Did you team warm up and stretch before every game?
Do you know the correct way to warm up?
Do you know how to stretch the important muscle groups?

Discuss....

Ben
