I'd suggest that you try comparing the directions to a map of the Birmingham 
area and if there's still info you need to know you could try:

ULTIM-8 TOUR III - BIRMINGHAM - MAY 9-10

Welcome to Ultim-8 Tour III. Below you will find all the details you need to get
to the tournement and survive for the weekend. Thank you for paying your 
deposits to BUF. You are now officially entered but may have to wait until after
Swindon to have your place confirmed.

Directions: The tournament will be held at Birmingham RFC. This is at Junction 3
of the M42, 50 yards south, and first left, on the A435. The club is signposted.
After taking the left turn go 200yds down a small lane and turn right into the 
club just before going under the motorway bridge. This is about 10 miles from 
Birmingham.

Facilities: There will be 8 pitches available. There is a club house which will 
have a bar and food and hot drinks available all day. Breakfast will be served 
on Sunday morning. There will be a party on Saturday night so bring your 
favourite dance music. Changing rooms and hot showers are available throughout 
the weekend.

Accommodation: Camping facilities are available from Friday afternoon onwards. 
Please let me know if you are arriving early on Friday so I can make the 
necessary arrangements. If you need to then you can also  stay on the Sunday 
night. There will be a charge of £5 per tent for the weekend.

Medical facilities: There will be medical facilities available with a senior 
physiotherapist, Sarah Ferguson, in charge. She will have tape available, but 
please bring tape with you if you are already carrying an injury.

Tournament Information: There will be 28 teams entered for this tournament. Who 
is playing will be determined by the results at Swindon. Check with Si Hill if 
unsure. Bring light and dark shirts. Play will start 9.30 on Saturday and 9.00 
on Sunday. Results wil be posted immediately
after each game with updated pool results alongside. Winning teams in each game 
will be responsible for refilling water containers after each game.

Payment of fees: I will be at Swindon on Sunday 19th April to give out more 
information and collect fees.. Any teams entering Birmingham but not at Swindon 
will be contacted by email and snail mail.
