All those that are arguing for playing mixed Ultimate please just look
at the top 'open' teams in this country and count the number of women
players. This is enough to tell me that women playing in 'open' teams
does not work. Any outsider, or for that matter potential sponsor,
looking for an introduction to the game will look to the best teams in
the country and by just doing this it would appear that the women's
game hardly exists. For me the incentive to play sport is to aim to
play at the highest level possible, and even though this is of course
not always possible it has to at least be attainable.

As for the benefits of playing on a women's team - Diana said it all!
