The above mentioned site has the 1996 WFDF Rules book. The 1997 version
never was put on the web, but somebody is currently working on the 1998
edition. When it is finished it will either be at the URL above or at the
WFDF site http://www.wfdf.org/

Your national association should also be able to provide you with a printed
copy.
