Hello, Below is the application for individuals who would like to play on
the US Coed Team at Worlds.  A copy can also be found at
http://www.upa.org/coed/Worlds. For information about Worlds, see 
http://www.worldultimate.org.  Print copies of this application for any
non-wired friends you think should apply...

Thanks for your interest in representing the U.S. in the first Coed
Division at the World Flying Disc Federation's World Ultimate
Championships in Blaine, Minnesota on August 15-23, 1998.

The deadline for receiving applications to the US team is midnight JUNE
1st. You can EMAIL your application in TEXT format to
coedisc@speakeasy.org before midnight June 1st. Send your answers in the
body of a message - no attachments, please. Or FAX to (703) 522-8708 Or
MAIL to Joey Gray, P.O. Box 85112, Seattle, WA 98145. EMAIL preferred!

The US coed team will be chosen by experienced players not playing at Coed
Worlds themselves. Selection criteria include gender, geography, playing
experience, teamwork, sportsmanship, demonstrated commitment to coed, and
service to the sport. 

You will receive confirmation of your application. The selection committee
will make every effort to announce the team before June 20th. 

You will be responsible for your own transportation, housing, fees, etc.
