This is something that I certainly agree with (and I suspect that there are lots
of others who feel the same).

Problem is this:  we have this set of rules to work out which teams get in 
to the tour events.  The events have been extremely popular this year.  To 
make a space for this team from Seattle (and indeed the Pookas who I think would
also like to play) would mean chucking out UK teams that followed the tour rules,
and might have their qualification to Nationals affected.

I don't think there's much to be said about this for this year - but I think
are improvements that could be made to the tour for next year that will help
with this situation.
