As Aram pointed out at the weekend, we don't usually agree, but again I 
find myself towing his line (oer missus)

The bummer is that most graduates first jobs are in London!  However, 
if you have a viable local team and good team atmosphere players will 
try to find work nearby to stay in the fray!  So Geo teams are good for 
the local economy as well!
