Friends, Romans and Country men - what you've all been waiting for: yep,
details regarding the tournament.

First - what is included in the price as you may all well know by now is
camping on Friday (if required please let me or Dan know) and Saturday
nights. Party on Saturday in the clubhouse overlooking the playing
field and breakfast on Sunday morning.

What will also be available is breakfast on Saturday morning for all those
who stay Friday or arrive early enough on Saturday morning. Food and drinks
will be available throughout the whole weekend. A barbeque will be set up
Saturday afternoon and for anyone who wants it a pasta dinner (with bread etc.)
can be prepared Saturday evening. The clubhouse will only be charging about
3.50 for a cooked meal so no one need to do additional travelling to get food
over the weekend. Could people let me know if they want to stay on site
Saturday evening so that I can let the chefs (!) know approximate numbers.

The party will start around 8pm Saturday and the theme is to get as tanked up
as possible and not have a hangover on Sunday - any contestants??!!

Captains meeting will be at 9am on Saturday morning, with games starting at
around 9.30.

Directions

Junction 24 off the M25, then take the A111 towards Cockfosters and Southgate.
At the large roundabout (about 3 miles along the A111) take the first exit
which will be the A110 (Bramley Road). Carry on past Oakwood tube station and
then take the first left which is Snakes Lane. Carry on until you see a
car park on the left which is the Southgate Hockey Club. The turning for Snakes
Lane is opposite on Esso petrol station and is marked Middlesex University.

The address is Snakes Lane, off Bramley Road, Oakwood, London N14 4XS.

If anyone is not coming from the M25 then you will need to consult a map.
Bramley Road is the A110 which the site is off. If there are any problems
please let me know and I will do my best to help.

That should be all except that I've just finished my exams and I'm
going out to celebrate as I am really happy.

See you Saturday or maybe Friday!!

Thanks

Jo 'from Chaos'
