Close - Druids moved the Ross tournament to a venue with better facilities.
In the second year at the new venue, a drug related incident resulted in
Ultimate becoming locally infamous for the "inherent drug culture" (the
actions of a few were seen as typical).

The venue has to keep the regular 'local' clients happy, so the Ultimate
tournament was never allowed to return...

PS: If Adam Batchelor sorts his life out and books the old venue again, Druids
will be able to get everything else organised and Ross-on-Wye '99 invitations
should be forthcoming in the not-too-distant future.
