Sorry to all the juniors out there to dispel these mythical figures
who came and conquered all student opposition but NADS only finished
second in the Northern qualifiers, losing by quite a large score to
Catch 22. At the student finals in Oxford we came an even more lowly
9th and last in the competition, but along with all the usual
cliches we were just happy to be there. Therefore you cannot blame me
(as the only NADS player still playing regularly) for junior teams
not being allowed to play in Student tournaments Surely this happens
since juniors have their own tournaments to play in that Students
aren't allowed to. There is nothing stopping a junior team from
entering open tournaments. It bring invaluable experience - I was
taught how to play zone by Sneeekys on a wet afternoon in Shropshire!
We even hosted several open events!
Sorry this mail became longer than I thought - nice to go down in
Ultimate folklore though!
