Apologies for posting to any of you who dont care about the game growing

My local sports centre in Grantham has decided to use Ultimate as a
spear head to maximise participation in sport during the summer amongst
youngsters and adults.
If their previous experience of promoting Basketball is anything to go
by, there could be considerable interest.

My main query concerns the playing of Ultimate by younger players
between 8 and 15. I already teach Ultimate to F.E and H.E students.(16
plus)

Have you any experience of running 3 hour weeky sessions with youngsters
as young as 8?
How do you organise the sessions?
How do you adapt the game to suit?
At which age is it a good idea to graduate to a heavier disc?
If you use a lighter disc, what do you use, Where do you get them from?
How much are they?
Have I left out any important questions that I should be asking?

thanks
