Si & all

So the feeling is if someone (a defender) catches the disc and prior to
establishing a pivot foot purposely drops (let go of/places on the floor)
the disc, it is not a turnover, whether in field or not.

Sounds a bit weird to me.

Going back to yesteryear and the old dropped pull rule, would that have
meant that if you slid out of the pitch whilst catching the pull and then
dropped it/placed it on the floor, it would not have been a turnover? I
don't think so!

If you catch the disc you take possession of it, surely?

Thanks to Wigsy for bringing this up. We alomost had a shouting match on
field about it but agreed it was an issue to be discussed later. Who says
the top teams don't play with spirit?

Col,
UTI.

PS. Well done Catch and Chevy to bring the tour title down to the wire.
I'll ensure Guy brings the trophy to Exeter. Apologies on behalf of Alex de
Cart for forgetting the Southampton one.
