Subject: Anyone for pickups?..
Sender: owner-britdisc@warwick.ac.uk
Precedence: bulk

Fresh from our 30th place triumph at Southampton, does anyone out there
want a couple of pickup players for Exeter?

We can offer - stiff joints, a very low top running speed (0 - 20 in 'no,
sorry, I'm out of breath already'), dubious disc skills - throwing *and*
catching - at best, and we're a guranteed distraction to the opposition who
are never sure whether to mark us or just to cut out the middleman and call
an ambulance early on. An attractive proposition for any team, I'm sure
you'll agree.

We expect demand to be fierce, so snap us up soon. Will bring own food and
beer.

Call me on 0181 444 6371 or email here - it's checked every day.
