First, check out Conrad Damon's website:

As far as discs are concerned, you can get by fine with Ulty discs but if
you want the real McCoy you can obtain them from Discovering The World and
a few other places. If you want a local (UK) supply - the only possibility
might be Charlie Mead (since he organised the last major international
Overall tournament here).

You can buy courts, but the DIY approach is probably cheaper and well
within the technical grasp of most people (but remember "Overalls" are not
only for DIY enthusiasts!). Again, I believe Conrad's page covers this sort
of topic.
