Hello.

Plans for the tour continue to move on.

There will have to be a small group of people involved in running
it all, and to possibly(/occasionally/hopefully never) make decisions
about problems that arise...

I'm starting by asking people on email because my phone bill is
already stupid.

We need 5 people: thats me + 4 others. I have one person already
interested.

Each person will have specific bits to do... plus generally helping out
at tourneys + things...

The reasoning behind some of this will become clearer when the full
pack comes out soon....

"treasurer" - will receive team deposits, etc...
"secretary" - will look after the player registration...
"ranking" - will look after the actual ranking list
"equipment" - we hope to have scoreboards, big water containers, etc...this
person will know where it all is and make sure it arrives at each tourney...

So thats a VAGUE outline of what's needed - nothing particularly onerous.

Would be best if we had representation from good cross-section of teams.

Please get in touch soon...

Si

ps - If you are one of the people who I gave a "U8 1st draft" to, I am
keen to hear about anything you think is potentially a problem, or that you
don't like, etc. I want to get on with a final version for '97... its
high time this information landed on team-doorsteps... thanks.
