Get a video playing Ultimate footage - it's a great attention grabber. Given
that it isn't easy to explain this "team game with a frisbee and no
referees", video will help immensly.

Also, dont sit *behind* your stall waiting for recruits to come to you.
Stand in front of it and grab them.
