The rules committee are discussing some of the finer points on this as we
speak, but I can clarify some points.

	- No, but there are some circumstances that allow it, mainly based
around whether a player has been rostered. If you have been rostered for a
team in the tour then you cannot change. If required specific situations can
be discussed by the U8Comittee.
