So is this a new precedent being set, that all tournaments will start =
giving refunds if their profits become too large???

I don't think this will be the case do you Chris???

As I recall the last tournament Red held ( Tour 1 98 ) They didn't have =
to pay for the use of Victoria Park and I don't remember ever seeing any =
refund!!!
Is this why the Not the nationals is so reasonable because Red are =
subsidising this event.
