Hi,

Having been BUF Youth Coordinator for 5 years now, I would really like to see someone else volunteering. It's a very rewarding job, honest! Occasionally the juniors say nice things about you (cheers Ali, the cheque's in the post). Sometimes they really let you down by choosing to play for the Purple Scum, but you know, you try and bring them up right but things just go wrong somewhere.

Seriously, the job requires someone who is enthusiast, has a moderate amount of time to dedicate, preferably has access to a free photocopier, phone and postage, (but the BUF can cover these costs), and really believes that the future of Ultimate lies in getting more juniors to start playing.

I've thoroughly enjoyed being youth coordinator, but in the last year, I have really struggled to find the time needed (even though it's no more than trying to run a student team). Since I currently have no job, I have to concentrate on finding employment. Should no one come forward to fill this role, and I land a decent job next week (I have a few interviews lined up), then I will gladly continue in this post and hope that I can find the time and energy to really do it justice.

Applications on a postcard please, or just turn up (or tell someone who is turning up) to the BUF AGM on Friday.

Kevin.

PS Married life is great! Party was excellent! Thanks to everyone who came. Trying not to think about Sammy slow dancing with my mother-in-law (So, if Jennie's parents split up, and the mother marries Sammy, that would make him ... my father-in-law. AAARGHH!!!)
