is anybody else getting duplicate britdisc messages from "broadside"
is this evidence that the millenium bug is more than a flu epidmic?

on a more serious note, what do we all enjoy about ultimate, and would
being on TV and sponsorship really be a good thing?

personally I enjoy being outside and getting the exercise, and I
wouldn't get that much out of wearing matching socks/shorts/trainers -
althogh I do feel a certain pride wearing a my team Tshirt.

being paid to do it, although that's a long way off, would surely kill
the atmosphere at tournaments

As for refs, I think that all who played at worlds would agree that
there was a vast improvement with the time keeping officials (30secs for
a call or the disc goes back, 60secs between the point being scored and
the pull etc. or something along those lines)

but then again I'm a self-centred bastard who can't spell and doesn't
give a monkeys about the 'greater good of the sport'

ps. that's not to say that growth and publicity are a bad thing
