If such a tournament was held then 6 refs per game would be ok. Not all =
of them would have to be on the field of play. You would probably have 4 =
based on the sidelines, 2 each side of the pitch operating along half =
the side line, with the other 2 refs on the pitch. Ice Hockey (possibly =
a faster sport than ultimate) has about 5 officials per game so I'm sure =
6 would not be that difficult.

It's not really a case of "Do we need to make Ultimate TV friendly?" as =
most people who play currently don't care about being on TV but just =
enjoy playing, I'm just the same when I get chance to. But sooner or =
later ultimate will grow to a size where it will have more of a public =
image and things like rosters, matching kits and so on will be an issue. =
It's not about wanting it now but a situation where we are discussing =
future possiblities, after all I don't want to be officiating =
tournaments at the minute, I want to be playing in them.

Matt
