OK, the guy in Canada has to respond to this one:

No. The normal scheme is 1 referee and 2 linesmen (or women)
The NHL is trying to switch to a 2 referee system (on account of the
fact that most NHL players are a) huge b) very good at getting away
with things) but the 2 ref system is still experimental
