If, heaven forbid, the 'no turnover' rule did start to cause problems 
presumably application of the above as part of the rule would resolve 
them. Personally I like the way things were done at Newport as indoors can 
be dodgy enough without people gunning the pull at you in the hope of a 
turnover.
