Lots of reaction to this one.  I've mixed this issue with the tour 
hence the seperate email.

I accept that you need to build a team for worlds, but what happened 
to coming on the pitch when you wanted to, flogging your guts out and 
not being able to walk Saturday night.  And then doing the same again 
Sunday.

Don't people get annoyed being pulled off the pitch when they think 
there having a blinder just to allow someone else a go.  Or 
conversely, being pulled off the pitch to allow some 'fat handler' 
with a big ego to have a go.  Who hasn't been in a team without 
these sort of arguments.

Has there ever been a discussion about limiting size of teams 
worldwide?  Games at the last World Clubs were much shorter and 
I don't think we need as many players as we used to.
