Nolan,

In defence of the golfers (what am I saying!?!), they asked me for a
definitive calendar a while back, to try and ensure that there weren't too
many clashes. I didn't give them a calendar, on the grounds that the dates
weren't fixed. If I have waded in with the collective weight of the ultimate
players and stomped on the golfing dates, then I duly apologise. However
since I have enough difficulty fixing the dates for the tour I am not really
considering the added complication of working around the Golf dates.
