Sorry I'm a little slow with this. What can I say in my defence except I've
been recovering from excesses on the pitch and (especially) at the party!

First of all, a comment on our unorthodox league system:
Sorry to all of you who wanted a final, but (personally) I thought it
worked quite well, especially 'cause it meant I got to play all of you.
Although, the downside to this is that it meant that you all had to endure
Disciples' pathetic calls (sorry!)

Anyway, to get to the point, the final positions were:

10) BOB (Bradford Old Boys)
9) Swamp Donkeys
8) Disciples
7) Far Flung
6) Slipdisc
5) Northern Lights
4) Hulltimate
3) Strangeways
2) Barry and the Tigers (Last Year's BOB)
1) Red

Spirit: Strangeways

Other Prizes:

Shark - Paul (Red)
Tit of the Tournie - Little Jon (BOB)
Fantasy Frisbee - suspicious fantasy team captain Dave (Northern Lights)
3 Pint Challenge - Jon and Ben (Disciples)

Basically, it seemed to be enjoyed by all, even though people did voice
concerns at the fact that there was no final. However, you got the Fantasy
Frisbee on the Saturday which I thought was brilliant, except for the fact
that I got a score of -1 (sorry to all of you who picked me: I had enough
sense not to!).

As you may have noticed, there were video cameras about (one of which was
ours). Although there aren't that many games covered and it's not the
greatest footage in the world, we'd like to share it with you. Send me an
email about it if you'd like us to send you a copy.

>From memory, the games covered are: Barry v Red, BOB v Disciples, Barry v
Hulltimate, Disciples v Strangeways, Barry v Disciples, Barry v Strangeways
(and more I think, but I could be totally wrong).

Thankfully there's very little lost property (that we've found so far
anyway):
Asthma Inhaler
Black Wooly Hat
New York Yankees Cap

Finally, thanks very much for coming along and making it such great fun.
Hopefully this will become an annual event and we're looking forward to
seeing y'all again next time.

Cheers,

Nick + the rest of the Disciples, Bradford Old Boys, Barry and his Tigers
