Directions to Towcester Racecourse

>From M1 Northbound and Southbound (from London and Leicester)
Exit M1 at Junction 15a, the A43.  Travel on the A43 Southbound, toward
Towcester.  At the first Towcester roundabout, at the A5, turn left, heading
into Towcester.  Travel through the town centre, heading toward Milton
Keynes.  About a quarter of a mile out of the town centre, you will see a
long, red brick wall on your left.  This is the Racecourse wall.  The
entrance is approximately one half-mile further along the road.  Just before
the entrance, you will see a pub, The Folly, one your right.  Immediately
past the pub, turn right into the Racecourse.  Please refer to the site map
for the parking area.

>From M40 Northbound  (from London)
Exit M40 at Junction 10, the A43. Travel on the A43 Northbound, heading for
Northampton.  Be aware that Brackley has a bypass- you need to watch the
signs carefully.  The A43 will take you all the way to Towcester.  At the
first Towcester roundabout (which has a service plaza and the Travelodge)
turn right. Continue along this road (going straight over the roundabout)
until you get the the town centre.  You will see the Saracen's Head Hotel on
your right.  At the town centre, turn right onto the A5, heading toward
Milton Keynes. About a quarter of a mile out of the town centre, you will
see a long, red brick wall on your left.  This is the Racecourse wall.  The
entrance is approximately one half-mile further along the road.  Just before
the entrance, you will see a pub, The Folly, one your right.  Immediately

>From M40 Southbound  (from Birmingham)
Exit M40 at Junction 11, A422 at Banbury.  Travel on the A422 Eastbound,
heading for Brackley.  At Brackley, go straight across the roundabout to get
on the A43 Northbound, bypassing Brackley centre. The A43 will take you all
the way to Towcester. At the first Towcester roundabout (which has a service
plaza and the Travelodge) turn right. Continue along this road (going

>From Milton Keynes
Take the A5 westbound towards Towcester.  After you pass through
Paulerspury, you will see a long, red brick wall on your left.  This is the
Racecourse wall.  The entrance is approximately half-mile further along the
road on the right.  Just past the entrance, is a pub, The Folly, one your
left.   If pass The Folly, you've gone too far.  Please refer to the site
map for the parking area.
