Although I (probably) agree with the decisions made regarding Catch, this d=
oes greatly effect the other teams in the tournament, especially those in t=
he 13 downwards area. If Catch are treated as if they had never entered, su=
rely everyone else should be treated as if Catch had never entered. Where d=
oes this leave the teams placed in the aforementioned positions regarding t=
heir Tour points?
