Bonjour all EuroDisc-ers, WurfPost-ers and Disc Lovers, The Talampaya 2000 coed Challenge took place on the 10, 11 and 12th of June, and was won by 'Cota Boom Boom', the Rimini coed team, who defeated the French from 'Les Clac-Clac' in the final. The SOTG was awarded to Superfly. You'll find the complete rankings below. It was a really great week-end, and the Wizards are exhausted after welcoming 350 players in Geneva - about a hundred more than originally planned and announced by the participating teams. We were really happy to see most teams arriving with more players than anticipated, and hopefully our guests did not notice too much the stress that was put on the organisation team. The weather was as usual: mostly OK, some very sunny and hot moments, and the traditional not-too-long-but-Oh-so-intense shower that go us all wet and refreshed on Sunday. It assured a 3rd day on soft green grass! The boat party was memorable, lots of fantastic dresses, and people dancing with all their energy late into the night. When we closed the boat at the light of dawn, 2 teams were competing for the party win, which was assured when one of the teams was first to take the dip in the lake... Thank you to everyone for making this happen! The Wizards are looking forward to welcome you all again next year!!! Love, For the Wiz, Speedy SOTG: Superfly 1. Cota Boom Boom (I) 2.
