OK, Balti got it right, last-but-one point under "Tournament
Organisation" on the green sheet:

" If a team is late for their game; 1. Please ensure that they are not
still playing their previous game (and try to find out if they are
waiting at another pitch - you may be wrong); 2. Teams get five minutes
grace; 3. Accumulate points at the end of each minute. (Note: you need
not play a game in which the opposition cannot field a team of seven
legitimate players, and a team cannot call a time out unless they have
seven players with which to start the game) "

My apologies to Chris/Marv for suggesting that this should be mentioned
in the tournament literature - it was, it just looks like most of us
didn't read the info that we were given...
