Brief correction for the sake of accuracy:

Catch 22 would not play in Tour 2 becuase the fields were not safe.
The fact that we attempted to find a solution that turned out to be
unacceptable both to our opponents and the organisers (i.e. the footie field
on the other side of the road) is incidental.

I think there is a difference.
