Folks,

I have completed the majority of the work for the British Ultimate
Association proposal but still need some help with one major aspect. I
expect there might be a free year's membership available for someone willing
to contribute their time!

I need someone (perhaps a lawyer?) who understands constitutions and
democracy for organisations like ours. Essentially, I want to know the best
way to enable one-member one-vote elections without requiring the whole
country to attend the AGM. I realise this requires some sort of proxy system
but I need some more solid pointers on rewriting the constitution to acheive
this.

I also need to know if there are any significant constitutional changes
required under English law in relation to employing staff. I know what is
required of us from a tax/NI point of view but I just want to get the legal
side up to scratch.

Please contact me if you have any ideas or know anyone who could help me
out.

Cheers

Ben
