Dear all,

Well, not everyone has given me the money they ought to have given me (which
is rather predictable) But we have had verbal confirmations from Imperial,
Kings, Sublime Patriots, Strange Blue, and proper confirmation from Blue on
Blue. UCL will have enough for two teams which makes it, erm, a 7 team
tournament.

Seriously, if I have missed anyone who said they were coming, the best way
to remind me is to send the cheque.

START TIMES FOR SATURDAY 14/10/00

For Trainers: Thanks to everyone who has offered to help out with the Clinic
date. Please be at the Hammerage pitches at 930am for some basic admin stuff
to decide who helps where.

For Players attending clinics: The clinic stations should be up and running
by about 10am - 1030am. You have to make sure that you have paid for your
entry. Look for Erik Jelinek of UCL and he will give you our stamp of
approval.

Clinics will end at about 2 - 3pm, after which we shall have a short break
to reorganize for the scrimmage session. The experienced / newbie ration is
2 to 5 on pitch.

Day finishes at 6pm

Party will be at Easy J's at UCLU on Gordon Street. You don't have to pay
money on the door but you will have to have student IDs (and be of legal age
to drink) to, erm, drink. If you do not have student IDs then stick to
someone from UCL who will be able to sign you in as a guest.

Showers will either be on site at Regent's Park or at University of London
Union, on Malet Street.

START ON SUNDAY 15/10/00

Taking it easy with an 11am start time. Scrimmage will follow on from
Saturday's results. Tournament format tbc but will probably be a twin pool
round robin, then point difference shebang.

ACCOMODATION

Thank you to everyone who has offered up floor space to house travelling
teams. But we still need more! So if you are in London and can clear enough
space from your living room for people to put sleeping bags down, then
please be generous and let me know.

Cheers, I think that is everything everyone needs to know. For any last
minute announcements, check with the website www.undercoverlovers.co.uk

See you there,

Adam Keen
