Dear all,

Right, trust me to forget important details like WHERE the tournament is
going to be, etc...

LOCATION(S):

Tricky, this one. The late breaking news is that the Park authorities have
not been able to fully accomodate us for the weekend because we are not
classified as an official winter sport (don't ask!) but they have been kind
enough to give us the two fields on Marylebone Green (which is on the
southern tip of the park, West of the Broad Walk and Children's playground,
5 mins from Regent's Park / Great Portland St tubes) from 9am to 12pm Sat.
and Sun. They have not been able to give us changing facilities because
those pitches do not come with changing facilities.

So ...

The morning sessions will run from 930 am onwards instead of 10am, so the
captains/trainer's meeting will be at 9am instead of 930 as previously
announced. Sorry.

And Sunday starts at 10am, not 11am. Sorry, again!

If we have to vacate the pitches after lunch we will continue at an
alternative location closer to where Hammerage/First Touch have their pickup
games.

All play on Saturday will cease at 3pm so that people who need showers can
use the ULU showers before the Sat night crowd becomes a problem.

FOOD:

I will be providing Snicker bars and Mars bars for players on the day but
everyone should try and sort their own drinks out. There are pubs and a
Hart's supermarket about 10 mins walk from the pitches if you need to buy
groceries.

PARTY GAMES:

Each team is invited to enter a pair of players for the 3-pint challenge
shootout at the Saturday night party. Under Cover Lovers have a limited
Drinking Games budget, so we will be buying (some! not all) the beers.

I hope that that covers it!

Cheers

Adam Keen
