Just a quick message to confirm that we have had approval to run women's
tournaments on the same weekend and at the same venue as two of the open
tour events. I am hoping to choose two open events that run during
university term time so as to accomodate student teams.

The events should be a good opportunity to prepare for women's outdoor
nationals as well as giving women's teams hoping to compete in Prague a
chance to play together.

As far as I know the venues and dates of the open tour have not been
finalised yet so I realise that it is difficult to give a definite response,
but if I could get an idea of how many teams are interested that would be
very useful. Any comments or suggestions - feel free to mail me.

Thanks,

Maria
