All,

I have spoken to Adam about the F&B problem. He is looking into exactly what
is necessary and what is required by MAFF.

However, at the moment there is no restriction on the movement of anything
other than livestock, and since the fields are a sports ground - therefore
no animals allowed - there are no restrictions placed upon them. Nor are the
fields in a quarantined area, nor within the 10 miles radius of a
quarantined farm.

This issue with eh Dublin tournament is the international travel aspect and
all the Brits bringing it over.

HOWEVER - should the need arise that we need to disinfect, can all people
ensure that they disinfect their cars, and ALL boots (since I know many of
you have more than one pair), on arrival at the tournament - this may well
be very important.

We will of course be keeping you informed.

Chris Hughes
DoC

PS Tour invites went in the post today!

Seeing that the Dublin Tournament has had to be cancelled due to the foot
and mouth problem, can someone tell us the fate of Tour 1 the following
weekend?
I'm hoping Bristol's not so badly affected as Dublin. Still - 32 teams of
people from all across the country playing in some fields might raise some
local concerns.
