Dear All

There has been an outbreak of foot and mouth 3.5 miles from the fields. =
This means certain restrictions on boots and cleanliness will be =
necessary, the details of which we will forward to you as soon as we =
receive them.

One restriction is there is NO CAMPING AVAILABLE. If you do need a camp =
site we are looking about 15 - 20 miles away. Please contact us if you =
need details of the camp sites.

The other problem is waterlogged pitches. The final decision of yes we =
can run or not is being made on Thursday am and will be posted to =
Britdisc as soon as it is received.

To save people a wasted journey you can call ON FRIDAY or SATURDAY on =
07976 422261 to get an update. (this will be an answerphone message). =
This is the just in case line for foot and mouth.

If during the weekend a case of foot and mouth is found close by and we =
get shut down then, within reason, results from this tour will not =
count.

Here's hoping

Matt & Fatboy

PS If the tour is cancelled before the weekend it will be moved to 21st =
/ 22nd April 2001 @ the same place (foot and mouth permitting)
