Chris, Adam, Matt & Britdisc

Is the next available date (21-22 April) going to be available??? I would
think NO would be the answer as its in an exclusion zone. So why are we even
thinking about suggesting the weekend of the 21/22 April??? too cancel it
two days before again, then reschedule in the big gap in the summer would be
ludicrous.
As I understand it these areas of exclusion will increase not decrease!!!
Please let us know how in two weeks we will be able to use the venue??
Lets get real and reschedule for another date at another venue, as this one
is under threat of not being available for the rest of the season!!! (sorry
Matt and Adam) As are other tournaments!!
Alot of Ultimate players in across the board are going to Rimini and
obviously as no ultimate tourneys were to be played on the 21-22 April have
extended their stay so will now miss (new date) Tour 1. Please reorganise
the tour too either the three remaining events or cancel it altogether ((as
the rugby should have been (Southern shandy drinkers game League is the
Best)).

Also many people will have lives outside of ultimate (even me), and so have
arranged our hectic non playing lives around the tour and other tourneys
such as Rimini, Brugge, Prague, so moving this (fixed date) tour is going to
create more problems than it solves from mine and other peoples and team
perspectives.

Can I request an EGM of the BUF committee and representatives for all teams
too discuss this matter and the further implications that foot and mouth may
have on the rest of the year. And not leave this upto just the DoC (sorry
Chris) (at least discuss openly and objectively this problem BUF committee).

Si.b xxx
Chevy (but my own opinion)

p.s. Could we also look at excluding RED from every event due to Leicester
being a TB hotspot :-)
p.p.s. All the above is to be regarded as null and void by no humour players
and committee members as written after too many beers ( that's bitter not
lager you shandy drinkers) at £1.34 a pint (only in the north).
