If your cheque was late, and the tournament is full by the time yours is received, it's your own fault!

At the same time the Tour Rules clearly state the principle of the Tour Waiting List, and how, in the event of oversubscription, teams near the bottom of the rankings of the previous event will be refused entry in favour of new teams...

PS: These are entirely personal opinions, so may well be phrased in a manner that may annoy (especially as I haven't read the initial mail that you've forwarded).
u8c (and the DoC in particular) put in a LOT of hard work, VOLUNTARILY. They don't get as much thanks as they ought.

PPS: in case you're wondering:

Q: Why aren't the Rules on the website?
A: 'cos Their isn't a 2001 website
Q: Why?
A: 'cos that's something I did voluntarily for the last 3 years, and am not doing this year.

Q: anyone else want to volunteer to run it? obviously, a little bit of knowledge would be of use.
