We need a new housemate all of a sudden, to move in as soon as possible. Basically, we're looking for a non-smoking young lady, to pay £115ish per week. House is between Maida Vale and Kilburn Park tubes, nicely done out, wood floors, clean + tidy. Room is not huge, but has doors onto a patio garden. Two parking spaces available as well! We are 3 guys and a girl (one couple) who are generally cool and good for a laugh, but will be poor very soon if no flat mate appears...
