could be a hangover from the last european clubs in '94.  during my brief
purple phase (well over it now) we played one of the french teams in a
particularly bad spirited game. it didn't help that we had Patch Winser on
the team who could of course translate perfectly.

'I never want to set foot on the field with druids again'.......

good news was that we won 24-22 in overtime with a stall count being called
back three times on the last point on their offence at 23-22.!.

'I do not understand why the person with the disc has to try and make it so
difficult to catch' from the spectator reported in newsletter 3.

reminds me of the question - 'why do they try and throw it into the wall all
the time ?'  - young sideline spectator on Sasha Dall playing indoor
ultimate . (tee - hee).
