A quick note to reiterate (probably slightly paraphrased!) comments from
the w/e in Leeds, and add a couple.

from Si Hill, when collecting the Tour Champions trophy:
"to all of you that have organised tournaments this year, nice one!"

from Chris Hughes, confirming the stepping down of the 2001 u8c:
"I'd like to thank all of u8c for their help in what's been a difficult
year... especially Dora (for the last 4 years)"

I don't know if anyone else noticed, but no-one thanked Chris.

We should have done - he's put a lot of hard work into the Tour since
it's inception in 1997, from running the odd event here and there and
assisting with writing schedules, to stepping into the "buck stops here"
role of Director of Competitions and hoping to continue the improvements
into our sport that the system is developing.

Chris - we thank you.
