Cheers, Rafi!

Your explanation is good and fits with the way the game is always
played. The Continuation Rule wording is vague enough that I'm not 100%
convinced it really _says_ what we think it should say... but it would be
crazy to play any other way than the way you described, so I'll leave off
picking at the technical wording.
The definition of what constitutes a pick _is_ pretty vague. Does
that mean that it's not a pick if the defender is obstructed by another
defender (who might have been lead to obstruct by chasing after the
offense)? Does it mean that offense could be calling picks also?
Common sense would answer "no" to both those questions, but it's
unsettling that the rule itself seems so open to interpretation.
        Any thoughts, anyone?
